We do not collect your data unless you explicitly opt in. Our platform is designed for on-device AI inference, which means your data stays on your devices by default. We only collect information when you voluntarily choose to share it with us, such as when creating an account or requesting support.

Important: We collect data only when you voluntarily provide it or explicitly opt in to sharing. Our on-device AI architecture means your inference data and model processing happen locally on your devices and are not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to enable cloud features.

Solo Tech is built with privacy at its core. Our platform enables AI inference on edge devices, which means your sensitive data, model inputs, and inference results remain on your devices by default. There is no requirement to transmit your data to our servers for AI processing. This architecture ensures maximum privacy and minimizes data exposure.
For the limited data we do collect (only when you opt in), we implement industry-leading security measures:
- On-device inference: AI processing happens locally without data transmission
- End-to-end encryption: When data is transmitted (only if you opt in), it's encrypted in transit

- Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years for quality assurance and legal compliance
- Model and inference data: Never collected or retained on our servers (remains on your device)
